Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with key contacts such as office managers, referral coordinators, nurses, and providers
• Maintain accurate call notes, contact details, and follow-up actions
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule lunches, in-services, community events, and reputed company opportunities
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials, setup, and follow-through

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience required
