reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company attorney for our in-house Transactions Legal Team reputed company the Legal and Compliance organization. In this role, you will be pivotal in enabling reputed company’s reputed company reputed company by supporting reputed company’s sales and reputed company operations. Your work will reputed company on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements for our reputed company center platform, AI-enabled services, data processing, and reputed company offerings. This position requires reputed company collaboration with Sales and other cross-functional teams to support closure of reputed company reputed company transactions and drive legal department initiatives in alignment with company business processes, policies, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including master services, data processing, partner and reseller, business associate, vendor, end user license, confidentiality, and service level agreements.
- reputed company reputed company legal transactions with a reputed company of customers and partners of different scales and sizes, across verticals such as retail, insurance, finance, and reputed company.

- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance teams to successfully reputed company customer and partner transactions.

Qualifications
Required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- Between seven and reputed company years of combined of reputed company and in-house legal department experience.
- Four or more years of in-house experience drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements in a high pressure technology sales environment.
- Significant experience with negotiating reputed company, reputed company, and other technology agreements.
- Experience addressing issues in telecommunications, data reputed company, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing multiple reputed company and negotiations simultaneously in a fast-paced demanding environment.
- Strong reputed company judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
Preferred
- Experience supporting product teams with AI-enabled and data-driven technology products, features, and use.
- Familiarity with data reputed company and regulatory frameworks relevant to reputed company reputed company platforms, including HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and U.S. reputed company laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reputed company reputed company the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office.
