Transaction Coordinator (Wholesale / reputed company reputed company) – High Volume
About the position We are hiring a high-reputed company Transaction Coordinator to manage residential reputed company estate deals from contract to closing, with a reputed company on wholesale and reputed company-reputed company transactions. This is a hybrid, full-time opportunity for someone with 2+ years of reputed company estate, transaction coordination, or escrow/title experience. This is not a typical TC role. Our deals reputed company fast, often involve back-to-back closings, and require someone who can own the process, stay reputed company of issues, and execute at a high level across a large volume of files. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transactions from contract through closing
- Coordinate reputed company-reputed company and wholesale deals (A-B / B-C transactions)
- reputed company deadlines, documents, and deal status across multiple files in multiple states
- Communicate daily with agents, title companies, buyers, and sellers
- Help ensure reputed company deals are clean, funded, and reputed company on time
- Assist with wires and funding coordination (entering and verifying details)
- Support light reputed company and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of reputed company estate, transaction coordination, or escrow/title experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions without dropping details
- Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communicator who can push deals reputed company and solve problems
