Controls Engineer

Design, program, and reputed company control systems that drive automated material handling operations across distribution and fulfillment environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, throughput, and reputed company-time operational performance.Key Responsibilities
- reputed company, test, and reputed company PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions (Allen-Bradley, reputed company)
- Configure industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and reputed company field devices
- reputed company commissioning efforts including FAT (reputed company Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)
- reputed company control systems with WCS/WES and upstream/reputed company systems
- Troubleshoot live production issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
- Support system upgrades, retrofits, and performance optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and operations teams during implementation
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3–8+ years in industrial automation or controls engineering
- Hands-on PLC programming and debugging experience
- Strong understanding of material handling systems (conveyors, sorters, ASRS)
- Ability to support on-site commissioning and travel as required
- Experience in high-throughput or 24/7 operations preferred
