We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in reputed company Worth, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a reputed company of support services to our customers, including servicing walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions. Primary Objective

Our primary objective is to ensure effective and efficient coordination between arenaflex and its customers with a high level of service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing sales orders and resolving customer product or service issues
• Providing customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock reputed company, and transportation management in a call center environment
• Providing customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution)
• Keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports
• Interfacing with various reputed company, including internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery
• Participating in special reputed company and performing additional duties as required

Experience and Knowledge Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• 3+ years of call center or customer service experience
