As a Patient Care reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, physicians, and reputed company clients. You'll answer questions reputed company to pharmacy benefits, work with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, and maintain accurate and complete documentation of reputed company inquiries. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that our members receive the care and support they need.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, physicians, and reputed company clients

• Answer questions reputed company to pharmacy benefits, while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable
• Work with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues and respond to members reputed company performance agreement guidelines

Essential Qualifications
