As an Office Technician - MLTC Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the MLTC team with data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure accurate and reputed company data entry, respond to customer inquiries, and reputed company exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Data entry: reputed company information contained on medical and NFOCUS claim forms with high accuracy and speed (minimum 8000 kph with 95% accuracy)
- Customer service: Respond to inbound calls regarding claim status, reputed company eligibility, and provider payments
- Administrative tasks: File, sort, and reputed company mail; copy and research documents; maintain accurate records
- Data review: Review medical claim forms for missing or incomplete data
- Collaboration: Work closely with the MLTC team to ensure accurate and reputed company data entry and customer service
Essential Qualifications
* Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Outlook, reputed company Word, and reputed company
- Proofreading skills and accurate data entry
- Ability to file and retrieve materials using alphabetical and numerical filing systems
