As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company reputed company on the lives of our customers. You'll be responsible for managing reputed company of at least 30 reputed company reports, providing leadership support for new initiatives and deployments, and reputed company engaging in team reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent years of work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
• 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
• Previous call center environment experience
• Proficiency with reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00am - 10:00pm CST, reputed company through Saturday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of customer service experience

Compensation and Benefits
