As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for:- Welcoming and serving our Card Members upon arrival at the reputed company Lounge, located in the Philadelphia International Airport
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Creating personalized experiences for our Card Members, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships

Requirements:
