Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a Financial/Bank Services environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and empathetic manner
- Resolving service problems, identifying causes, and providing effective solutions to customer concerns
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction and in a reputed company manner
- Addressing customer concerns reputed company to services and providing best-in-class solutions reputed company various communication channels (email, chat, reputed company channels)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

Work from Home Requirements
