Key Responsibilities
As an IT Site Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our Dallas, TX team to deliver exceptional IT services and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including investigating reputed company application, equipment, and network issues
- Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets
- Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, team members, and operations management to deliver top-notch IT solutions
- Developing and implementing IT processes and procedures to meet the needs of the Satisfaction Community
- Working closely with our leadership team to identify, recommend, reputed company, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid reputed company

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
- 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment
- MS certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP

- Skills in areas such as IT, reputed company Networking, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies

- Experience with data cabling and PC hardware maintenance

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, employees, and vendors

- Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations
