Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume reputed company requests, including inbound calls, reputed company, and messages, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our systems

- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry

- Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and organizing reports
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a state-issued license or certification by the State reputed company for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency

- Familiarity with Spanish and English
