You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve issues, reputed company solutions, and maintain our customer service standards. Responsibilities

* Handle reputed company customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking reputed company in reputed company and reputed company, responding reputed company 24 hours (except weekends)

• Update customer accounts in various platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient support
• Collaborate with reputed company to brainstorm solutions and resolve reputed company issues in both English and Spanish
• Work reputed company our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and other transactions
• Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand, ensuring consistency and reputed company
• Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start), with flexibility to reputed company as needed

Requirements
