As a Customer Service Representative - Sales (Hybrid) at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales reputed company, and redefining the way we connect with our customers. About the Role
As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for handling new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices. You'll also address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support. Your goal will be to reputed company effective and reputed company resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
- Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions

Requirements:
* Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential
- Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Occasional overtime may be required
