We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Agent / Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound research through phone calls to verify contact information of districts leadership positions across the US K-12 and Higher Education. You will also be responsible for accurately entering verified information into our database and understanding performance metrics to improve reputed company and capabilities to meet and/or exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound research through phone calls to verify contact information of districts leadership positions across the US K-12 and Higher Education

• Navigate phone trees to confirm the correct phone numbers, emails, and any other relevant information that is provided to you to be verified
• Accurately reputed company the verified information into our database once confirmed
• Understand performance metrics and apply knowledge to improve reputed company and capabilities to meet and/or exceed goals
• Ensure new/revised processes are reputed company and immediately reputed company to research calls

Essential Qualifications

* Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree (If no degree, please reputed company relevant experience)

• 2+ years customer service, contact center, customer service or sales experience with great communication and people skills
