Job reputed company

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, and we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they reputed company
• Complete additional reputed company as assigned
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
