THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME.  WORK SCHEDULE IS MONDAY – FRIDAY reputed company – 5PM DURING TRAINING, AND AFTER TRAINING reputed company – 4:30PM WITH A HALF HOUR LUNCH, CENTRAL TIME ZONE.   THIS ROLE IS SUPPORTING ILLINOIS reputed company BEHAVIORAL HEALTH MEMBERS.   APPLICANTS MUST HOLD AN reputed company, reputed company, NON-RESTRICTED LICENSURE FOR THE reputed company AS LISTED BELOW.   Position Purpose: Develops, assesses, and facilitates reputed company care management activities for primarily mental and behavioral health needs members to reputed company high reputed company, cost-effective reputed company reputed company including personalized care plans and education for members and their families reputed company to mental health and reputed company use disorder.
