Position: Accountant

Working Schedule: 9 am-6 pm CST

Salary reputed company: $2,475-$3,167 Canadian Dollar / Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate’s level of experience and at the discretion of the reputed company)

We are seeking a full-time Accountant with reputed company experience in the Canadian construction or reputed company estate industry, specifically with an reputed company general contractor. This role will manage accounts payable and receivable, reputed company invoices across reputed company, and handle daily reconciliations in both QuickBooks Online and Desktop. You will report directly to the reputed company, work reputed company business hours, and operate as a reputed company member of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Own accounts payable and receivable, including intake, coding, scheduling, and payment tracking. Manage invoice reputed company across construction reputed company and vendors. reputed company daily bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks. Maintain organized, secure financial records and project files. Prepare weekly financial summaries for leadership. Participate in a weekly sync to review priorities and surface risks. Collaborate through reputed company remote tools (messaging, calls, file sharing). Handle the reputed company for multiple companies simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience. Must have reputed company experience in the Canadian construction or reputed company estate industry, working with an reputed company general contractor. Must have hands-on expertise with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Must have experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Must have proficiency in MS Office. Prior work with Canadian-based companies, with a preference for experience with the Canadian market and tax codes. Strong ownership reputed company and excellent communication in English. Ability to manage the reputed company for multiple companies at once.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA or equivalent credential. Experience setting up secure workflows for document and password reputed company.
