About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our property investment business. This role is reputed company on sourcing investment properties for clients in the UK, analysing their potential, and coordinating with estate agents to reputed company opportunities reputed company.
You will play an important role in helping us identify below-market-value deals and great investment opportunities, ensuring that our clients are presented with only the strongest reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Research and reputed company property investment opportunities reputed company UK property platforms (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, auction sites, etc.). Conduct initial deal analysis (rental yield, ROI, BRRR potential, comparables, regeneration activity). Contact estate agents to enquire about properties, request additional details, and arrange viewings. Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and communications in the CRM system. Assist with preparing property research packs and due diligence reports for clients. reputed company regular updates to reputed company and attend reputed company-in meetings. Skills & Requirements

Preferred (but not essential):
Previous experience in property, reputed company estate, investment, or research roles. Knowledge of UK property strategies such as Buy-to-Let, BRRR, flips, or serviced accommodation. Prior experience in a Virtual Assistant role.
