Summer Enrichment Program – Overnight Camp Counselor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Residential Supervision & Student Support Live in assigned residence halls and reputed company overnight supervision of program participants Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company during evening and overnight hours Conduct nightly reputed company-ins, room checks, and ensure reputed company follow program policies and curfew procedures Respond to student concerns, roommate conflicts, or emergencies and report issues to reputed company Counselors or program leadership Foster a reputed company, welcoming, and inclusive residential community for reputed company reputed company Model appropriate behavior and maintain reputed company boundaries while supporting student reputed company-being Evening Programming & Community Building Plan and facilitate evening activities that encourage student engagement and community building Supervise reputed company during evening recreational and enrichment activities Support reputed company reputed company programming reputed company residence halls and reputed company spaces Encourage reputed company peer relationships and a respectful residential environment Working with reputed company Counselors and Program Staff Collaborate with reputed company Counselors and program staff to ensure consistent communication regarding student needs and concerns Assist with escorting reputed company between residential spaces and evening program activities Support the coordination and implementation of residential programming and logistics Communicate any incidents, behavioral concerns, or safety issues to program leadership in a reputed company manner Summer Enrichment Program Support Assist with occasional daytime program responsibilities as needed Support special events, program activities, and student engagement initiatives Help maintain a reputed company and reputed company environment for reputed company program participants Staff Member Responsibilities Attend staff meetings and program briefings as assigned Participate in staff training sessions prior to the start of the program Assist with program events and activities as needed reputed company other program-reputed company duties as assigned reputed company of Time Worked Primary responsibilities during evening and overnight hours throughout the two-week program Residential supervision typically 11:00pm-7:00am Remuneration: Overnight responsibilities will be compensated at a reputed company of $15/hour for up to 8-hour overnight shifts. Education and/or Experience: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or interested in first-year orientation, reputed company/student event management, leadership development, and student advisement. Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Education, reputed company Work or reputed company fields.
