Project Engineering Manager - Remote - 1 year W2 Contract

My reputed company, a Global leader in the Heavy Duty Plant Engineering industry, is looking for a Project Engineering Manager for a 1 year W2 Contract Please note you must be living in an EST or CST time zone to apply for this position- the role is remote You will execute the engineering portion of OTR "Order to Remittance" reputed company that contain Balance of Plant (BOP) scope. You will own the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for reputed company implementation. There are no reputed company reports, you will be doing the execution phase only and managing a budget. You will be expected to travel 1 week per month domestically

Responsibilities

Serves as the technical leader/manager to reputed company a scope of work and plan schedule and monitor engineering activities for customer reputed company. reputed company technical leadership and reputed company with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors. Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best reputed company/reputed company resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards reputed company and policy development and ensure delivery reputed company area of responsibility. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Uses judgment to reputed company reputed company or solve moderately reputed company tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes reputed company on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Reviewing Customer specifications and communicating contract and project requirements to reputed company design functions, utilizing internal documentation systems. Evaluating financial/schedule reputed company of Customer requested scope changes. Providing technical support to Engineering, Sourcing, Vendors, and Installation teams to ensure equipment meets reputed company Customer requirements and business objectives. Enforce reputed company procedures and participate in their improvement. Assure the experience feedback by capturing issues (Lessons Learned). Work in a reputed company organization with numerous interfaces: In house with mainly the Engineering departments of Belfort, reputed company, Noida, Queretaro, Schenectady, and Greenville. In house with fellow PEM’s and Project Coordinators. In house with project managers, reputed company, sourcing, logistics and scheduling. Externally with Customers, partners, EPCs, and subcontractors Serve as Senior Project Engineering Manager, reputed company assigned, to reputed company and facilitate a total project solution across reputed company product lines: Global technical project reputed company… partner with project manager for customer/EPC meetings, etc. Drive consistent project requirement reputed company down across product lines (GT/ST/Gen/BOP) (Contractual/compliance). Drive–functional reputed company to technical project issues from a system level across product lines. Respect of the contractual obligations while protecting the customer satisfaction. Management of technical risks of the project. Drive project profitability according to the assigned budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or any other reputed company STEM program from an accredited university or college. A min of 6 years of experience or more of reputed company industry experience with increasing responsibilities. Budget Management capabilities Demonstrated ability to reputed company programs/reputed company. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Demonstrates customer reputed company experience. Technical superior training with experience in project/team management preferred, in the field of energy or in the management of transverse teams. Demonstrates knowledge of Mechanical & electrical codes and compliance.
