We coordinate with the Hospitalists and Specialist physicians and surgeons, Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists, Case Management and Psychiatry at the facility level to reputed company compassionate and coordinated care. Work Location: Remote - must reputed company near Louisville, KY Hiring for multiple positions and work schedules - daytime and evening, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prioritize and handle clinical phone calls reputed company the LPN scope of reputed company in alignment with standing orders. • This position is full-time, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekend shifts.
• Work schedules may vary and can be scheduled anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
