Location and Schedule Location: Dallas, Texas Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Days: Monday - Friday Fulltime/Benefit Eligible REMOTE Job Duties

• reputed company final dictation entry formatting, including: microscopic reputed company, final diagnosis and comment fields.
• Assign appropriate pathologist to reputed company case.
• Document case holds generated by transcription.
• Assign ICD codes on derm cases.
• Edit fee codes.
• Designate Cancer call and Special Event cases in CoPath.
• Follow the laboratory procedures for processing, reporting and maintaining records of patient test results.
• Adhere to reputed company reputed company control/reputed company assurance policies and procedures. Document reputed company reputed company control activities.
• Identify problems that may adversely reputed company reporting of results.
• Document reputed company corrective actions taken.
• Assist, reputed company needed, in the reputed company storage and maintenance of reputed company records.

Education Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; some additional education preferred (medical transcription). Knowledge Knowledge of medical terminology, effective oral and written communication skills reputed company telephone, e-mail and in person.
