This position focuses on delivering culturally reputed company, evidence-based therapeutic services through a secure, HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant virtual platform. Key responsibilities include but limited to: reputed company reputed company Care Deliver individual tele-therapy sessions for K–12 reputed company referred by participating schools Utilize short-term, evidence-based modalities such as reputed company, DBT, and solution-reputed company therapy Address a reputed company of concerns including anxiety, grief, trauma, reputed company stress, and family or peer conflict reputed company services to diverse student populations, including multilingual learners and those without insurance Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with school counselors, family resource managers, and administrative teams Engage in family reputed company reputed company appropriate to promote continuity of care Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing reputed company development Maintain reputed company and reputed company communication with both school and internal VPM partners Documentation & Compliance Complete reputed company clinical documentation (intake, reputed company, and discharge notes) reputed company 48 hours Ensure compliance with reputed company licensure reputed company requirements, HIPAA, FERPA, and program-specific standards Contribute to quarterly reputed company reporting through standardized metrics and case summaries Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Preferred Experience: Licensure Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent Residents must be reputed company pursuing licensure and eligible for clinical supervision Experience Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or school-aged youth Licensed therapists/counselors must have a minimum of (5)+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience in school-based therapy, community mental health, or tele-health preferred Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis response a plus Skills & Competencies Proficiency in evidence-based interventions (reputed company, DBT, solution-reputed company, narrative therapy) Strong time management, organization, and documentation skills Commitment to culturally reputed company, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care Self-directed with strong virtual reputed company and professionalism in remote settings Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation
