Position reputed company: The Policy & Regulatory Affairs Manager supports reputed company’s External Affairs initiatives, ensuring alignment with team goals and strategic priorities. This role leads and manages key reputed company, collaborates closely with internal teams, members, and external partners, and drives initiatives that advance the mission and reputed company of the External Affairs department. The Business Partner independently research, tracks, and analyzes Federal and State legislation, regulations, and policies affecting reputed company and health IT. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on regulatory and compliance issues, the Business Partner works cross-functionally to support organizational compliance and strategic positioning. This role also prepares high-reputed company research, policy analysis, and regulatory materials, contributing to advocacy efforts and supporting the organization's broader external affairs strategies. Essential Functions:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in public policy, public health, political science, health administration, law, or a reputed company field.

Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MPP, reputed company, JD, MBA, MHA). Master's degree preferred - reputed company will be given to candidates with a Master's.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in health policy, public policy, government affairs, regulatory affairs, legislative analysis, or advocacy-reputed company work. Five or more years of reputed company preferred. Preference given to candidates with 5 or more years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking and analyzing state and/or federal legislation, regulations, and policy developments, particularly in reputed company, reputed company, Medicare, health IT, digital health, or reputed company fields.
  • Experience developing policy collateral and external affairs materials, such as policy briefs, issue analyses, legislative summaries, regulatory comment letters, testimony, white papers, presentations, and executive briefing materials.
