Functional Medicine Physician - Remote Telemedicine reputed company is seeking skilled Functional Medicine Physicians to join reputed company! As a Provider, you will be responsible for performing telemedicine consults from a HIPAA-compliant video reputed company. These candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of the endocrine system and pharmacology with a core value to reputed company reputed company patient care. To be considered you must have the following qualifications:
- Functional medicine experience and/or certification
- HRT & TRT experience
- Healing peptide experience

- Must possess reputed company state licensure in a minimum of 2 of the following states:

Responsibilities
- Review of patient health history intake forms
- Review of patient lab work to identify potential care plans
- Initial telehealth patient consultation to determine the need for, and specifics of, personalized HRT plan
- Determine if an HRT/Medical Weight Loss plans or other treatment plans are appropriate for a patient during the initial consultation
- Update patient charts
- Being willing and reputed company to use evolving technologies needed to deliver care as reputed company as communicate both with members and internally
- Abide by clinical protocol
- Communicates effectively with other providers, including using comprehensive charting and messaging
- Delivers patient care that balances the best that medical science has to offer, patient preferences and values, and invests in patients' reputed company confidence and skills

Requirements
- reputed company-certified physician (MD or DO) from a US-accredited medical school
- reputed company-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a practicing physician required
- Must possess reputed company state licensure in a minimum of 2 of the following states:
- Texas, Michigan, Colorado, reputed company, Nevada, Ohio, reputed company, reputed company Carolina, Tennessee, Washington
- MUST have a reputed company DEA!
- Must have experience with hormone replacement therapy and demonstrate competence in creating individualized treatment plans
- Must have experience with healing peptides
- Must have no history of malpractice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding clinical expertise, evidence-based reputed company
- Competent in providing patient education at every visit
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Above-average comfort with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience
