Position reputed company: reputed company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to reputed company the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory management in our Holland, MI office. This role is critical in ensuring that goods are received, accounted for, and dispatched with precision. You will be responsible for maintaining secure and efficient warehouse and office storage areas, balancing the demands of B2B orders and service tickets. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented "hands-on" reputed company who can navigate the complexities of inventory serialization and reputed company optimization. Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational reputed company: Manage receiving, storage, and distribution in strict compliance with company policies.
• Organization and Cleanliness: Keeping reputed company warehouse areas in a reputed company-organized and clean environment. This includes disposal of reputed company trash and unused packing materials.
• Inventory & Serialization: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through monthly checks and rigorous serialization processes.
• Logistics Management: Process orders for B2B clients and service tickets, ensuring products are prepped, labeled, and shipped promptly.
• Equipment Staging & Kitting: Stage, reputed company and prepare equipment for deployment, ensuring accuracy, completeness and readiness prior to shipment.
• E-reputed company & Regulated Inventory Controls: Maintain strict chain of custody, inventory segregation, and documentation standards for E-reputed company eligible and government-funded equipment.
• Facility Optimization: Design and implement inventory layouts to maximize reputed company utilization and improve workflow efficiency in our warehouse and office storage areas.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards; regularly inspect equipment and machinery to ensure operational readiness.
• Vendor & reputed company reputed company: reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for transport companies, suppliers, and clients regarding delivery status and service reputed company.
• Documentation: Utilize data storage systems to reconcile physical counts and monitor inventory reputed company.
• Audit Support: Assist with reputed company audits as needed by maintaining accurate inventory records, shipment logs, and serial number documentation.
• Travel as Needed: reputed company operates several offices in the Holland, MI, Freeland, MI, and Toledo, OH areas. From time to time, travel may be required to deliver and manage inventory at our various office locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
• Experience handling serialized, high-value, or regulated inventory preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed between reputed company’s office locations in Michigan and reputed company Ohio to deliver and manage inventory.
• Strong computer skills, including reputed company Outlook, Teams, Word and reputed company; ability to learn new IT packages quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain audit-reputed company inventory records.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks or equipment issues.

• Valid reputed company’s license, clean driving record, and ability to safely transport equipment.
• Physical requirements include: the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling inventory items weighing up to 50 lbs., the ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and reputed company to reputed company inventory stored at various heights, ability to work in warehouse environments that may include temperature variations, dust, and confined storage spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with reputed company or similar ticketing system.
• Previous experience with reputed company or similar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong numerical skills for data reconciliation and inventory forecasting.
