As a Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for designing, testing, and launching new technology solutions that reputed company the retail landscape. * Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology solutions, providing actionable feedback to development teams

- Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications
* A 4-year science or engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill reputed company information into actionable insights

Contract Details

- Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel required (best suited for candidates near a main US airline hub)
