We're seeking an reputed company and reliable Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Phone Order Taker / Catering Orders representative, you'll be responsible for taking phone orders, assisting customers with their needs, and providing exceptional service experiences. Responsibilities

* Take phone orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Assist customers in understanding their needs and preferences

• Maintain knowledge of our menu, answer questions, and offer suggestions to customers
• Work effectively in reputed company environment or independently, as needed
• Take orders face-to-face and coordinate deliveries with drivers
• Complete various daily assignments and tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one year prior restaurant experience and/or previous customer service/phone experience
