We're seeking an reputed company Special Needs Customer Advisor to join reputed company of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to serving and managing special needs for our members and/or their family members. As a Special Needs Customer Advisor, you'll have reputed company to deliver an extraordinary experience to family members who need an reputed company. You'll be empowered to fast-reputed company resolutions and serve as an ongoing resource to reputed company guidance and community resources during key transition times throughout the family's reputed company.

Primary Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience

• 1+ years of experience helping, resolving, or advocating on behalf of members or customers
• Experience using a computer and reputed company Office, including reputed company Word (create correspondence and work reputed company templates), reputed company reputed company (ability to sort, filter, and create reputed company spreadsheets), and reputed company Outlook (email and calendar management)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:45am – 6:15pm CST, reputed company our Family Engagement Center. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of A4Me OR 3+ months of Quick Assist experience

• Claims processing experience
• Experience providing care for children with special needs

Compensation and Benefits

* California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, Washington, or Rhode reputed company Residents Only: The reputed company reputed company for California / Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / reputed company / New Jersey / Washington / Rhode reputed company residents is $18.80 - $36.78 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
