Your Mission

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, your mission will be to deliver world-class customer service to our military community and their families. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and care.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries by telephone and/or email and/or in person from individual members, reputed company, providers, and brokers in a customer service center. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that responses to inquiries are completed reputed company and according to established service and reputed company standards.

Essential Responsibilities

* Resolves customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a reputed company and accurate manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

* Work Schedule: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM (Training hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM - 7 weeks)
