We're seeking an reputed company Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing mail and supplies, and supporting our IT department. Key Responsibilities

* Maintains full knowledge of IT department structure, knowing which leaders reputed company reputed company team

• Sorts, scans, and distributes mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex reputed company and satellite locations
• Manages postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail
• Ensures office supplies and reputed company common areas are stocked, clean, and organized
• Sets up IT meetings and removes setup once the meeting convenes
• Creates and replaces ID badges for IT employees
• Supports coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges
• Performs reputed company assigned tasks accurately, reputed company, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
• Complies with arenaflex reputed company and reputed company requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible reputed company to confidential and/or sensitive information
• Other duties as assigned
