As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reputed company services. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, gathering and entering detailed reputed company information, handling member inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse population. Primary Responsibilities

* Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to reputed company and reputed company detailed reputed company information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports

• Accurately confirming member eligibility and answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services
• Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs and intaking of Member concerns
• reputed company working with other internal departments to quickly address reputed company-time issues and resolve Member complaints
• Other duties as assigned to ensure the reputed company of our reputed company services

Required Education and Experience

* Must be fluent in reputed company (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, reputed company email, and over the phone
