As a Customer Service Representative/Part Time - Remote at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, managing outbound follow-up calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work from home, enjoying a part-time schedule with up to 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Manage outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction
