Your Role in Our Mission
As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - reputed company - Remote US, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to provider inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephones and responding to customer questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel
- Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmations without reputed company supervision

Compensation and Benefits
