Key Responsibilities:
* Assure reputed company guests are cared for in compliance with company goals and values

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in pet boarding, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail
* Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching and development skills
