As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. Your primary function will be to reputed company and reputed company detailed reputed company information for scheduling non-emergency medical transports for urgent and non-urgent medical appointments, handle member inquiries and complaint intake, and reputed company exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans

• Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion
• Confirming member eligibility
• Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services
• Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs
• Intaking of Member concerns
• reputed company working with other internal departments to quickly address reputed company-time issues
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Must be fluent in reputed company (verbal)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of inbound call center experience in high call volume atmosphere
