The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish) in our Collections Department, you'll be responsible for communicating with our borrowers by placing collections calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve reputed company discrepancies, reconcile customer disputes, and reputed company pay-off quotes to dealers and customers. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening clients' complaints and escalating to appropriate managers as needed
• Deescalate customer issues and resolve reputed company discrepancies
• Reconcile customer disputes pertaining to outstanding due balances

• Daily/weekly reporting to reputed company supervisor

What You Bring

* Demonstrated historical career stability

• Must be willing and reputed company to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of reputed company customer service experience
