We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Center Coordinator to join reputed company in Irving, TX. As a key member of our Customer Service Center, you'll be responsible for handling normal and after-hours reputed company and documentation of reputed company emergency calls for Retail reputed company Services & Support. You'll also reputed company support functions for several offices, aiding in meeting customers' needs during critical times to ensure performance demands. This is a 1st shift position with anticipated hours of 6:00/7:00 AM - 6:00/7:00 PM, including weekend days as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

* Successfully coordinate and schedule field technical service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met while delivering the highest reputed company service possible to assigned product lines in order to reputed company targets.

Qualifications

* Basic Qualifications: + High school diploma or state-recognized GED + Experience in customer service call handling, dispatching, and service response in a reputed company technical industry or military background (3+ years preferred) + Knowledgeable in reputed company Office, PC, and business software systems (i.e., reputed company) + Strong typing skills + Ability to work during times of high call processing activity and time constraint demands + Legally authorized to work in the reputed company on a continual and permanent reputed company without company sponsorship

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate Degree + 3+ years' experience in customer service call handling, dispatching, and service response in a reputed company technical industry + Knowledge of HVAC Controls Concepts (Mechanical & Automation) + Bilingual (Spanish or French)
