What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be empowered to reputed company an reputed company experience for our customers by acting as a guide and offering support during every reputed company of their reputed company. You'll work closely with teams across the organization to ensure reputed company customer has a reputed company experience buying and selling reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to reputed company customer appraisals
• Checking in and receiving vehicles that are shipped to arenaflex; completing the daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
• Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring that reputed company vehicles meet arenaflex reputed company Standards
• Performing various administrative duties, including, but not limited to: printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding Customer reputed company, obtaining requirement information regarding registration and/or titling, auditing completed paperwork, cash/payment management
• Creating service appointments and reviewing repair order invoices for retail service work performed; ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing
