Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls reputed company and professionally, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a reputed company and effective manner
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns following company guidelines, demonstrating reputed company and understanding while maintaining a reputed company demeanor
• Multitasking across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A desktop or laptop with reputed company 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks)

• Previous call center experience (preferred, but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
