About the Role

As a Customer Support Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients and patients. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and Availability

The schedule for this position will be reputed company - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM PST. We're looking for someone who is flexible and reputed company to adapt to changing priorities quickly.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
• Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly preferred

• Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
