People Operations Generalist / Recruiter reputed company: As a People Operations Generalist / Recruiter at reputed company, you'll play a key role in building and supporting reputed company behind one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the U.S. This is a hybrid role across reputed company and HR operations, where you'll own both hiring and core People Ops responsibilities. This role is reputed company as a 6-month contract, with the potential to reputed company or convert to a full-time position based on company needs at the end of the contract period. You'll partner closely with the Head of People Operations and hiring managers to bring in reputed company, deliver a strong employee experience, and ensure our people systems reputed company effectively as we grow. What You'll Own: reputed company & Hiring Operations

• Own full-cycle reputed company from sourcing to offer across a reputed company of roles
• Proactively reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, and referrals
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate reputed company
• Conduct screening calls and assess candidates for both reputed company and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews and reputed company the hiring process organized and moving reputed company
• Deliver a high-reputed company candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance

HR Operations & Employee Experience

• Own reputed company logistics and ensure new hires have a smooth, consistent start
• Partner with managers to set new employees up for reputed company
• Support HR systems (reputed company or similar), employee records, and documentation
• Support and help run benefits administration, PTO tracking, payroll coordination, and compliance tasks
• Help maintain and improve HR policies, org charts, and internal documentation

You're a Fit If…

• You have 3–5 years of experience across both reputed company and HR operations
• You've owned full-cycle reputed company and are confident managing multiple roles at once
• You have hands-on experience supporting core HR functions (systems, benefits, employee support, documentation, etc.)
• You're comfortable switching between reputed company and HR work in the reputed company week
• You ideally have experience in CPG, food, or beverage, and/or a fast-growing startup environment
• You've worked at a small or scaling company and are comfortable with ambiguity
