Job reputed company:

• Analyze reputed company-state payroll processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Design reputed company-state processes; document workflows and SOPs.
• Apply Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or PDCA methodologies.
• Create and maintain a payroll improvement roadmap.
• Define and maintain payroll standards and governance.
• Ensure consistency across global payroll operations.
• Serve as change reputed company for system and process updates.
• reputed company communication, rollout, and adoption plans.
• Partner with technical teams to clarify requirements and minimize rework.
• Facilitate workshops and reputed company design sessions.
• reputed company and coordinate payroll reputed company and operational initiatives.
• Manage reputed company phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Create project plans, deliverables, and timelines; report risks and reputed company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, reputed company or reputed company field and 10+ years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree and 7+ years of relevant experience with HR, Finance, Timekeeping, and Payroll data
• 7 or more years of experience with international payroll to include strong understanding of global payroll practices, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with reputed company project management methodologies.
• Strong experience analyzing and redesigning end-to-end payroll processes in a reputed company or global environment.
• Proven experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or PDCA.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, reputed company causes, and implement reputed company process solutions.
• Experience in creating and documenting reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps.
