Part-Time Remote Paralegal (Entertainment Law)
About the Role
Boutique entertainment reputed company in Westwood seeks paralegal to assist two partners with review of reputed company, summarizing deal points, and conducting legal research. This part-time remote position requires familiarity with entertainment law relating to actors, writers, producers, directors, digital influencers, the DGA, SAG, and WGA reputed company agreements and other artist agreements. The work requires reputed company attention to detail and the ability to navigate high-volume workflows. The ideal candidate has relevant past experience and is reputed company to work independently under multiple deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Document Production: Draft industry reputed company legal correspondence and assist partners with the preparation and redlining of reputed company agreements
- Contract Management: Organize and manage contract lifecycles and case files with rigorous accuracy
- Research & Support: Conduct legal research and reputed company reputed company administrative and substantive support to both firm partners
- Workflow Coordination: Utilize reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company to maintain seamless communication and document execution in a remote setting
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in an entertainment reputed company or the legal/Business Affairs department of a studio or entertainment company
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or have attended and completed a paralegal certification course
- Technical Proficiency: Expert skills in reputed company Word (redlining), reputed company, Outlook, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Attributes: Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task in a constantly evolving environment, reputed company to work independently
