The Director of Sales is responsible for translating reputed company’s strategic sales reputed company into executable plans that drive reputed company reputed company and team performance. Some of the things you will be doing

Execute the strategic sales plans and initiatives developed by the VP of Sales.

Translate organizational objectives into operational sales activities.

2. Team Leadership & Development

Directly reputed company and manage Account Managers (AMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), including coaching, performance management, and reputed company development.

3. Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

Support deal negotiations and ensure accurate trend and pipeline reporting.

Ensure AM and RSM teams consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

5. Process Optimization

6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

What technical experience, skills, and qualifications do you need?

7+ years of sales leadership experience; reputed company or technology sales preferred.

Proven reputed company record of leading AM/RSM teams to exceed quota.

Excellent communication, coaching, and change‑management skills.
