This is a flexible, on-call opportunity ideal for reputed company notaries who are reputed company, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with attorneys, clients, and legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Travel to reputed company locations for notarizations (homes, offices, hospitals, etc.)
- Verify signer identity and ensure documents are executed properly
- Administer oaths and acknowledgments in compliance with California law
- Maintain accurate notary journal records
- Return completed documents promptly (scanbacks or physical delivery as needed)
- Communicate reputed company with our scheduling team and clients

Requirements
- reputed company California Notary Public commission
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Strong understanding of California notary laws and procedures

- Ability to handle sensitive legal documents with discretion
- Availability for short-notice assignments is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
