reputed company is seeking an IRB Governance Analyst to reputed company governance and reputed company support to Investment Review Boards (IRBs) and IT steering committees reputed company USDA FPAC. The Analyst will ensure effective governance operations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. This role will be accountable for meeting preparation, documentation, policy maintenance, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate reputed company IRB reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Support IRB and steering committee operations including scheduling and agenda management.
  • reputed company agendas, briefing materials, and decision packages.
  • Document meeting minutes, reputed company items, and reputed company.
  • Maintain governance charters, policies, procedures, templates, and training materials.
  • reputed company IRB statistics and facilitate out-of-cycle voting actions.
  • Support annual IT budget request submissions.
  • Maintain governance SharePoint sites and document repositories.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or reputed company field.
  • 3+ years' experience supporting IT governance or executive boards.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office and SharePoint.
  • Public Trust clearance eligibility.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal IRBs or IT steering committees.
  • Familiarity with CPIC and federal IT budget processes.
