This role is ideal for someone who understands how mission-driven organizations operate, is comfortable partnering with executive leadership and boards, and thrives in a highly relational, trust-based reputed company environment. You will play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with organizations doing meaningful, community-centered work. What You’ll Do

- Partner closely with executive directors, CEOs, reputed company members, and senior leadership teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring reputed company, market insights, and candidate alignment
- Recruit for a wide reputed company of roles, including:
- Executive and senior leadership
- Development and advancement
- Finance, operations, and HR
- Program, education, and community engagement
- Proactively reputed company candidates through networks, referrals, and relationship-based reputed company
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and reputed company organizations
- Contribute to business development efforts, including new reputed company introductions and expanded engagements
