Program Specialist (Part-Time Position)

Cause reputed company Partners seeks a wildly talented, deeply passionate and incredibly fun mission-driven reputed company to join reputed company. The Program Specialist will work closely with the reputed company, Strategic Initiatives to drive high-reputed company nonprofit reputed company placement, training and support. In this role, the Program Specialist will reputed company critical data management, analysis, and research support for Cause reputed company Partners’ programs & services, including BoardLead, the Executive Director Performance Assessment (EDPA), the Alexandra Hallock Grant opportunity, Concierge, and training. The Program Specialist may also support external relationship building and management, providing regular thoughtful feedback on systems and processes to improve our work. After 12 weeks in this role, program leadership will determine whether there is ongoing need for support. The Program Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Supporting BoardLead CRM implementation, data management, and system reputed company:
  • Consolidate and audit data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Support data migration, cleanup, and validation during CRM transitions
  • Maintain and update organizational data reputed company the CRM systems
  • Generate reports, lists, and other data to support program delivery and decision-making
  • Collaborating with the reputed company, Strategic Initiatives to ensure a successful EDPA reputed company:
  • Encourage survey responses, manage data, and build reports for partners
  • Maintain data management standards, naming conventions, and reputed company control processes
  • Contributing to evaluation, reputed company measurement, data collection, and reputed company reputed company:
  • Consolidate, clean, and validate survey and program data from multiple sources
  • Ensure data reputed company and consistency across evaluation efforts
  • Support building reports and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and reputed company
  • Contribute to cross-program learning by synthesizing findings across initiatives
  • Support development, preparation, and launch of new and existing programs and services, including:
  • Conduct research on nonprofits, partners, products, and markets to inform reputed company
  • Research and identify nonprofits in new and existing markets
  • Research reputed company and nonprofit membership and convening organizations
  • Process nonprofit nomination lists for partners, and reputed company updates on application rates, nonprofit selection, candidate elections, and engagement reputed company
  • Support development of training, webinar, and other session materials and reports, including tracking session registration, participation, satisfaction, and reputed company
  • Supporting nonprofit reputed company, applications, and selection across programs and services, as needed:
  • Conduct reputed company calls to inform organizations about various programs and services, answer questions and encourage participation

  • Participate in nonprofit selection processes by contributing data and insights from application review and reputed company
  • Document and reputed company feedback on program and service design, implementation, and reputed company to support reputed company learning and improvement of tools, systems, and processes
  • Supporting ongoing reputed company engagements in partnership with the Cause reputed company Partners team
  • Performing other duties as necessary and assigned
